RESERVATION PROCESS

To initiate the reservation process for your dream home in the exclusive SANARA community, please follow the steps outlined below:

• Pick a lot of your choice and type of house.
• Specify if you want a “Casita” (3- and 4-bed residences only).
• Send us a copy of your passport or ID ( Costa Rican citizens or residents) for documentation purposes.
• We will fill out the Reservation Agreement with your information and send it to you to be signed.
• The final step of the reservation process is a $10,000 USD deposit. This deposit should be made directly to the designated BAC account for the SANARA condominium project (Anexo 1 – Reservation Agreement). Please note that this deposit is fully refundable within a period of 30 days.
