THE RESIDENCE

This brand, corner unit, ocean view villa in Lagos de Palma Real, Hacienda Pinilla is inspired by authentic Spanish colonial architecture on the exterior, however, the interior is nothing less than spectacular. The developers stayed in line with the external appearance of the other villas, but sought to create a sleeker interior that masterfully blends with the exterior. This villas features a large open floor plan  with 3900 ft2, with a total of 4 bedrooms, 4 and a half baths, on a two story layout. The first level offers open social areas, with living, dining room, spacious kitchen with island for entertainment, as well as a half bath for guests. All villas have access to a community swimming pool, BBQ area, and covered lounge. HOA is $750 monthly
